The rpm just easily reach 477(which is almost impossible), but I am still unable to pass the spinner.

The spinner is probably mapped poorly. The map is at fault.

Spinners from other maps have the same problem. To say, any spinner appearing on my computer have this problem.
Your fps is below 60, try turning off the shader effects or switching the renderer to opengl.
Question, what if he has already done all this?
He's my friend, and I've seen his settings before. Almost everything was at its lowest.

I spend a long time because i thought that wasn't a big problem...But now it is a big one as it prevents me from getting S ranks.
