Like I said on IRC, one problem is the tempo kept by the accordions stopping almost every time the singer sings. Furthermore, he sometimes makes a little pause that necessitates a new timing section regardless of bpm.

I have a sneaking suspicion that a lot of timing sections will be needed for this, both due to the aforementioned pauses and slightly fluctuating bpm (although I'm wrong on that last one). Begin with the ones caused by the singer's pauses, and we'll see how bpm turns out.
