Since I live in the UK and the "Digital Economy Act 2010" (see link below) is going to be active on June 12, I'm going to have to find a decent paid anonymous proxy server. Although there are plenty of free anonymous proxy servers out there that I could use, I really don't think most of them are that good, and some of them may even be proxy servers created by the MPAA & RIAA, so people will use these proxy servers thinking they are anonymous and can do almost anything they want on the internet, but their actions are being monitored and logged by the MPAA & RIAA, etc.

These are the requirements I need for the paid proxy server...
1) Cheap. I'm willing to pay for an expensive proxy server for a few weeks, but a cheap proxy server is preferred since I don't have much money.
2) UK proxy server. I'm willing to use proxy servers outside of the UK, but only if I can't find a decent proxy server that's located in the UK.
3) Fast download speeds and ping, etc.
4) No logging or monitoring of internet activity.
Although unlimited bandwidth would be nice, I don't expect to get it for a cheap proxy server, so it's not a requirement.
