As a general observation, you tend to switch between spacing out the finishing note of a combo, and keeping it stacked on the last note before finish. This might be a little confusing to some.
00:27:084 (1-4) - You can make the two sliders here symmetrical by placing 3 right at the end of 2, and flipping 4 horizontally from 2.

00:50:917 (5,6,7) - Space these out from (2,3,4)?
