I will try to be nice :P

You were pretty close with the timing. I'd go with 450 offset and 160.2 BPM.

But other than that, I suggest you read the beatmap creation FAQ. The spacing section more than others. All of your notes seem to be randomly spaced throughout the field, and that is a no-no.

Also, don't be afraid to drift away from the full beat notes. Most of the song consists of them. Throw some variety in there to break the monotony.
