Hello.
Web page allow to listen the music when someone clic over beatmap image bg. Actually, it is using Flash Player.
This request is for use HTML <audio> tag: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/doc ... ment/audio
Why?
<audio> is too madure now, and many people is using modern browsers now. Also, i think is not dificult apply it (changing only the template maybe?).
Man, i don't understand what are you saying
If, by example in https://osu.ppy.sh/s/210316 , you clic over image, you can listen de music preview. All beatmaps have it in the osu web.
But if you do it in... mm... a iPad or something browser without Flash Player, it dont work.
Flash was a good solution in the past, but today, HTML <audio> works fine.
Hey, but if it work fine, why change this?
bcidontuseflash i think is easy to change... and somedays, i want to listen previews in my FirefoxOS phone when im bored D:
EDIT: ok, it is not trivial... server return a file mp3.swf and not a something.mp3... will be necesary remake mini mp3's for all ranked maps ._.
thanks and bye n.n
