Either the editor is playing tricks on me again, same as my Thu Thuy map, or this is mistimed. Hell if I know.

Timing felt fine to me.

EDIT: Spinner bonus/hit sounds aren't playing for some reason. Also, is this another map that you don't plan on making a second difficulty for? I think I'm actually willing to bubble this once the odd spinner thing is fixed, otherwise.

EDIT2: Spinners are intentionally like that. Starred for other mods' opinions on if this is rank worthy as a single.

Timing feels fine in play, but not when I look in the Timing screen >.> But timing in play is the only thing that matters, so I guess timing's fine.

However, I, being me, insist you should have another difficulty along with it... unless it's impossible to make another one because of the timing and not because you're lazy/"unable" to make a map.
