Now this is pretty much like osu! standard except you don't have to click in a beat and you can't see your cursor.
Not much to say, but this game it's quite addicting. If you are sure with your osu! skill, try it out and see how many you can get

I remember playing this flash game on some forum arcade couple years ago.
I made a script that played for me.
It was kind of cheap.
I got 1337.
