I've changed the voting criteria to be 2014 to now (so a slightly larger time frame), in light of this being the first community based top USA players video. I'll try and make this an annual event and encourage someone else to do it in my stead if I am not playing next year

Since most of the people who care have pretty much already voted, I'll be wrapping up votes on the 21st instead of the 28th. If anyone would like to edit their votes, please don't be bashful. I'll be retallying them after the polls close (which, by the way, I am extending to the 28th again) and then having a friend double check the votes.
Sorry if any of the voting has been handled unprofessionally; I have changed my mind twice now on the closing date. The reason I am extending it is because even though I think almost everyone who is familiar with the top USA players has already voted the remaining few need a fair chance to put in their votes.
Another friendly reminder that the votes are now applicable from 2014 to NOW.

I have been doing my best to omit obvious troll votes and votes that appear completely uneducated. That means you, people who are voting for yourselves or your friends who have next to no votes/ can barely be considered a top USA player.
I want this to be fair, but I also want this to be accurate. I don't want to be an asshole by skipping votes, either. Please put serious thought into the skill of each player, and not just their popularity. Again, if you are concerned about having your vote skipped if you voted like 10x SapphireGhost or something you can still edit it for the retally!
