I have a very high doubt about the overall difficulty spread (especially between Normal and Hard), and whether the Hard can even be called a Hard at all. It'd be cool to have some opinions :)

Normal to hard spread is fine, if you see the normal diff is really tricky as the hard difficult is, anyways there are some patterns in hard that maybe can be questioned:

  1. 00:07:150 (3,4) - really hard to read lol, I have some problems in first play here
  2. 00:19:483 (1) - maybe this nc is not necesary at all
  3. 00:26:483 (4,5) - this jump is kind of weird to play for a hard diff (It doesn't play well at all), maybe ctrl g 4
  4. 00:57:316 (1,2) - no pls, really hard to read at first play (this is kind unfair to the player) the reverse arrow is really hard to notice
  5. 00:58:650 (4,5,6) - play really bad due to the SV increase (probably unfitting at this point) I'll suggest to use the same sv or 1,20 max
  6. 01:23:816 (1) - add a circle and start the spinner 1/4 later
others than that I feel this is really fun and the spread is acceptable (Then again I just take a quick look at it) anyways I'll post this in the thread as well.

hard has higher than average sv/ds to compensate for the low CS so it balances out imo.

im not too sure about how linear this is though. because he has a 3.7 star insane in there which makes it kinda nonlinear.

u could rename it to light insane also

Increasing circle size to extremely huge one doesn't compensate the difficulty - this is absolutely poor choice.

Actually I'm fine with current difficulty level of Hard, but mapper probably could add one more Hard diff for better spread? Almost one-star-jump from Normal to Hard might be worrysome imo, so better just add easier Hard diff and keep original mapping on other Hard.
