Your diff is great, but the beginning is pretty much the same pattern three times in a row copy pasted... perhaps you could change that up a little bit please? Even just flipping it horizontal or something. Thanks a ton!

The wave sliders in DC's diff could be better but eh 00:59:591 (4,5,6) is sexier than the background

122 BPM and 11,640 offset works better. Your background is a bit small, so here is a bigger and higher quality version of it. And here is a better quality mp3 to keep Ephemeral happy.

Easy:

This is more like Normal bordering on Hard. Might want to change the name of it and adjust the difficult settings a bit as HP Drain seems to be too low.
02:37:238 (7,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - Change the combo numbering to 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3. It works better.

Insane:

Not sure how others feel about it, but I really don't like this "random" 1/4 usage. This could use a break, preferably at the same place as Easy.

DC's Hard:

I believe a lot of this can be more correctly snapped to 1/6. Check what I suggested for Easy and follow from there. Having two breaks seems excessive here as well, but whatever. It should end at the same place as the other two difficulties as well.

01:41:640 (1,2,3,4,5) - This played awkwardly since you went with the vocals right before it, then you go with a syncopated rhythm against the vocals right afterward...

Kinda funny that it had a different offset than the other two anyway, though..

[Insane]
This is really cramped. The low OD, distance snap, and slider velocity make everything make me kinda go "ugh." Ugh. Not very fun to play for me. I'd recommend you up those three things mentioned and reposition/remap. If I modded as-is, I'd just constantly whine about all the overlapping and half-covered up stuff. :P

Call me back for a re-mod on the Insane diff if you choose to adjust things.

02:39:386 (5) - New combo. You lose a ton of health otherwise.

*Overall, this difficulty is fine as a [Normal], but it's too hard to be the easiest in the set. If the 1/2 streams were spaced closely together (and possible some of them changed into sliders), it might be okay, but right now you have long streams of 1/2 notes at 122bpm. That is essentially clicking at 244bpm which is a bit too tough. So.. you can either tone down this diff a bit or add an Easy; Your pick.

[DC's Hard]

02:10:001 (3,4) - wow this is really unexpected. Just because this is insane doesn't mean you should leave unpredictable offbeats as single notes. Please make this a slider instead. =x
02:18:608 - why end kiai during the spinner?
02:47:009 (5) - add an extra control/anchor point at the end (ctrl-click while the slider is selected) so that the repeat arrow faces the correct direction.

I tried it with the default skin and it looks fine anyways. It's rankable, and it's not as though the circle is completely underneath the bar or something ridiculous.
And, why this background? The background is of the artist who sings this song.

Hitsounds are too loud for the song IMO. They sound much nicer on the 3rd from last volume tick.

00:30:048 (4,1) - Jump is a tad too large for my tastes. I suggest you move 00:31:278 (1,2,3) - down 3 units and left 2 units to make it flow a little better.

00:33:982 (3,1) - This jump also exceeds the pace a bit. I suggest moving this 00:35:089 (1,2,3,4) - to around where I suggested you shift note 1 in the above fix. Or maybe somewhere to the left so that note 5 will distance snap properly.

01:32:261 (1,2,3) - Notes are touching the lifebar. Move down 1-2 units. Move 01:32:999 (4,5) - down accordingly 1 or 2 units

02:05:704 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - Design so that 02:06:442 (6) - isn't touching the lifebar.

Insane

00:21:441 (1) - Add a clap to the first reverse, a whistle to the second, and a clap to the end.

00:23:408 (1) - Add a clap to the beginning and a whistle at the first reverse, clap on the second reverse

00:28:818 (7,8,9) - It generally doesn't flow when you have to move like this. Move (8,9) right some units (and the notes after when needed) slightly so there's some forward momentum when making the transition.

00:31:277 (3,4,5) - Forward 2-3 units for the same reason above. Remember to keep 00:32:014 (6) - in mind so that it conforms with the same spacing.

00:36:441 (5) - Add a clap to the beginning of this to go along with the clap pattern you made with the previous 2 sliders.

00:41:850 (11) - Remove the clap at the end of this.
