[resolved] Add back mania skin layout template

I've been messing with my personal mania skin but sometimes it shows errors. I don't know which parameters affected, so I wanna fix it using default mania layout located in user folder. But when I get there, it's gone. So I have to download new skins again, but it only use the parameters which needs to be configurated, other parameters weren't used.

Now I want it back. All parameters should be exist in skin.ini on each keys.

I made a default skin, just for you. For mania, it's only got 4K, but you should be able to guess the default values for all the other keymodes based on that. Note: it may be inaccurate or plain wrong in some places because I whipped it together just now without much thought.

Off topic, nK.ini ports still working right? Along with all current parameters?
