What keys do you use for osu! standard?

I started off using the default Z and X for quite while, but then one day I changed them to F and G because it felt more comfortable to me. As soon as I did, my performance improved greatly. I got a little better at single tapping, but what I really improved at was streaming. I probably got about 70% better at steams because of this change.
Why do you think this simple adjustment was so game changing? Lol

possibly somehow better positioning of fingers. my z and x keys are still working. unfortunately, my desk is too small for me to use the numpad.

depending on my position, I alternate between Z-X/A-S/Q-W/numpad 8-9

I'm mainly on A-S

I used to use ` and 1 as my keys, then I switched back to default z and x.

Possibly. I've been trying out different things like staggering my keys with positions like S and C, but I thing F and G is what I do best with and what I'm more comfortable with.

I used to use z/x, but then I switched to a and r (I use Colemak, so a and s for QWERTYfags) because I spilled coke on my z key. Eventually I switched over to 1 and 2. My z key is fine now, but I still use 1 and 2.

8 and 9 on the num lock. if they break, it wont matter, they're just numpad keys anyways, also really close to my tab which I like.
