in taiko mode
the current taiko's Hard Mode is enhance the ACC difficulty,and the Speed.
I suggested that separates these ACC and Speed as follows.
1.hard mode enhance the ACC difficulty,but the speed no changed.
2.add new opation "Speed" {x0.5,x1.0,x1.5,x2.0,x2.5,x3.0,x3.5,x4.0}.
