Disable Mouse Lock and Always on Top in Gameplay

Hello,
In Old, When i play multiplay game. there are not mouse lock and always on top.
but, Recently Always on top and Mouse lock Feature is add on osu!

This Feature is very uncomfortable for me.

please add some option. :)

ontop: osu! window is topmost
mouse lock: cursor cannot escape out of osu! window

thats how i parse it
