On most cases, where you use hitsounds, the sampleset-hitnormal.wav kind of overrides the hitsounds
I would like that it would get changed, so that when a hitsound (Whistle/Clap/Finish) is used, the hitnormal will not be heared
I know absolutely no scenario in which it's better to have both a hitsound and a hitnormal at the same time
If a map uses a hitsound, the hit-normal will not be played
