I didn't know how to call this topic so don't tell that it's stupid.
Maybe you've got some trolls in ur countries, but I think that Poland is the winner in troll competition. In last time I've got a problem with people who are spamming on spect. I mean situation when ppl start&stop spectating you very fast. So you can see his nick is blinking on spectators list.
Ok I know, I can turn off spectators list viewing but I want have it on!
So my proposition is that the people who will starting&stopping stectating many times in short time should be banned for spectating for 1h or more. I think that will help some people
