I asked if the .75x BPM is allowed now, and was told it wasn't, so I can't really say I can bubble this. There are probably more experienced BATs that might make an exception (I'm just guessing that though).. I doubt it... (plus you're waiting for another diff~)

There was actually a map ranked with 0.75x BPM sections not too long ago, I hope this can be ranked aswell

there are some pretty recent ranked maps which also use those special timing sections for slider velocity
