It's best to use 'Seitokai Yakuindomo' as the source instead, since this is what the anime is more well known as. This makes it consistent with all other ranked maps with the same source. Furthermore, add 'Student Council Staff Members' to tags, since this is the literal translation of the japanese source name.

And lastly, the 'normal-hitfinish.wav' has over 5 ms of impact delay which is unrankable. Here is a link to a modified rankable version of the hitfinish. Just replace it with your old one~
