Try a BPM of 120.90 and offset of 320. :)

Resnap and recalculate and recheck your beats. This could be done via the Timing menu. :)

It is nice to see that you tried to add a background, but try to get a nice and big picture, because your current BG is a little bit pixel-y at the moment.

Try consulting the FAQ a bit to fix things up.

At the moment, you have quite a bit of beatspacing problems (the space between beats are not consistent to the distance of the beats in the timeline).

While it is nice you are somewhat trying to follow a rhythm in the map, you might have an easier time if you tried to follow a certain instrument in the song or the voice.

Hope these advices would help you improve this!

EDIT: The rhythm is a lot more coherent now, however, you are still having serious beatspacing issues. :/
On top of that, try to break your combos apart! Don't make it one big long combo. And again, check the FAQ. There's still some serious work to be done. D:
