Great song and video, although I'm not familiar with the game. I have a soft spot for waltzes.

I'm puzzled by the offset - a value of about 16,032 sounds much more right to me. I know it's a rather big change from the current value, but there might be a clue in my suggestion's favour: at the beginning of Hard, for example, circles from 00:16:00 (1) to 00:30:99 (6) are snapped at blue quarter beat lines. Apparently this is the place they sounded right to Mifune, and I agree, they do sound right there. Isn't it more usual, however, for so many circles that follow the beat of the song to fall on white (whole beat) and red (half beat) lines instead? With my suggestion, those circles sound better to me when snapped to white and red lines.

Supposing this change is correct:

Normal:

00:46:48 (3,4,5,6) - Move 1/4 forward and shorten slider currently at 00:47:06 (6) by 1/4 beat. I guess the spacing of the next objects might have to be changed a little because of the slider endpoint changing place.

Hard:

00:16:32 (2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Nudge 1/4 forward.
00:27:56 (7) - I think this sounds better lengthened by half a beat.
00:46:48 (6,7,8,9) - Nudge 1/4 forward.

Personally I don't like it too much when objects are obscured by other objects, like 01:06:76 (1,2) between the circle and the slider's path, but it seems other mods are ok with it, so I'm not asking for this to be changed.

Let me know what you think on the above, and please crush my confidence gently in case of error. :?

I appreciate the advice, Sinistro.

But that offset of 16,032 causes the beats on Normal to fall on the blue quarter lines. Would that be a problem?

That's odd, other than the part at 00:46:48 (3,4,5,6), everything else doesn't fall on a blue line for me when I change the offset. Maybe you have the "move already placed notes when changing offset/bpm" box unchecked? When I resnapped with the box unchecked, the objects did fall on blue lines.

I didn't get a chance to try this beatmap out yet, but if you all are still puzzled about the timing signature, it is in the timing setup panel. You can choose between 3/4 simple triple and 4/4 simple quadruple.
