It's based on this one skin called TDD. I just applied a shitload of little code tweaks to get rid of all the useless shits.
Here's some comparison:
Conversation: (I maybe of removed a little too much on the last, might add back some later)
Default TDD -> First Modification -> Second Modification -> Third Modification
Friendlist:
Default TDD Avatar -> Modified Avatar
Default TDD Compact -> Modified Compact
Group Chat:
Default TDD Group Chat -> Modified Group Chat
Anyways, better than the default crap, I'm happy with it~
