As we see we have achievements specified to solo mode (5000/15000/25000 {PC), and CTB mode (20000/200000/2000000 fruits). And can we also have some achievements specfied for taiko mode?

For example, suscessfully hit 500/5000 big notes in taiko?

Yep, it's been requested in Requests, Gameplay & Rankings, etc. multiple times.
