Ok so heres the deal after I got my video done the way I wanted it, I stumbled onto the criteria for beat maps and found the the video rez cannot exceed 800px in width. Well mine happends to be 854px but there are some tweeks here I sacrificed smooth playback for quality.
The Video is 14fps at 728kbps bitrate, 854x480px and a size of 16mb. I hope this is passable cause I really dont wanna re-encode it.
