Movie is not in it, if you want to add a movie you must do a 'Full Submission' when uploading again.

BPM is correct, since Hare Hare Yukai is already mapped at the same BPM.

Offset is wrong. Try 7910. I'm not the best at perfect offsets, but this should do for now.

From what I can tell, you've been using the 1/8 beat snap divisor. This should almost always be unnecessary if the song is correctly timed. Did you read the warning message before selecting this?

You have two options from here.

1. After setting the offset to 7910, while using the 1/2 beat snap divisor, go to Timing in the top menu and select 'Resnap All Notes' and 'Recalculate Slider Lengths'. After doing this, press Ctrl+A to select all beats and shift the first beat to the timing marker (a red line on the timeline). I can see a resemblence the beats trying to follow the song, so this should match it up fairly well. But you will need to manually alter any sliders and beat that don't match up with the song.

2. Clear all and start again. While some parts do match up well, others do not, and this could confuse you. This may be preferred for a clean slate.

EDIT: As another note, PLEASE work on one beatmap at a time for now. It is not wise to simply submit a beatmap because you feel like it, which is what seems to have been done. There appears to be some knowledge of rhythm for mapping, however, so try and work hard on one particular one you like before moving to the rest. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Okay, after some IRC chat, you've gotten the beats pretty much set out where you want em to be (there are still a few iffy bits to deal with). The next issue to deal with is beat spacing.

Beat spacing basically means just that, the space between the beats of a song. The faster you have to press the next beat, the closer the beat generally should and vice versa. This allows people who have never heard the song before to play your map. If you don't do this, it becomes very unintuitive. The whole song should be kept to this principle except in certain circumstances ie. an Insane map where you try and throw people off.

To help you do this, you need to click on the distance snap icon in the editor which will help keep your beats the same distance according to how fast you have to press the next beat. What you will need to do now is start from the first beat of the song and then select the next beat. The beat, if it is not spaced correctly, should move. You can place the beat accordingly. Do this for every single beat in the song.

There are also a few other beats that need some attending to (mainly sliders):
00:10:35 (1) - This should be half a beat longer, ie. the slider should be slightly longer than it is now.
00:11:74 (2) - This should also be half a beat longer.
00:13:84 (2) - Half a beat longer.
00:15:93 (4) - Half a beat longer.
00:18:72 (1) - Half a beat longer.
00:20:11 (2) - Half a beat longer.
00:22:73 (3) - Half a beat longer.
00:32:05 (3) - Half a beat longer.
00:43:84 (1) - Should repeat one more time. To do this, select the beat and head to the timeline at the top. You should see the note highlighted. Move over it until you see the horizontal resize cursor and drag it to the right until you see the beat get longer.
00:46:63 (1) - Half a beat longer.
00:48:02 (2) - Half a beat longer.
00:58:66 (3) - Half a beat later.
00:59:36 (4) - Half a beat later.
01:01:63 (6) - Half a beat earlier.

When I say half a beat, I mean it should move out one more marker when the beat snap divisor is set to 1/2.

Great song, awesome video, not-so great beatmap. I have only had the chance to play [Easy] mode, but heres my BIGGEST gripe--- Don't make the entire song one long combo! Break it up into smaller pieces.

I agree with Reiken that this beatmap felt rushed. You need to put some sort of... i don't know... theme, I guess? The beats seemed to be thrown around wherever.
