first offset... uh.. the vocal slows down at 00:08:623, so that kinda causes an issue there... not enough notes for me to play test the offset... though I roughly get -46... not too sure
second offset -18 (15,733)... but use 15,349 to fit in the notes in ignore's diff
Anime is one of the genre we can set, so it doesn't have to be in tags... or is this more j-pop..?

Normal-
D: there are some complex stuff for the easiest diff, but that's just cuz you followed vocal
03:03:073 (1) - I think it should end on 03:06:073 (same as ignore's diff), more cuz the audio seems to cut off a bit..?
despite star rating, I'd kinda hope for something easier to follow, but its fine

Hm.

I think the Normal is easy enough so I refuse to touch that, ign's diff I'll let ign decide.

Mine is fine as is.

I'll ask Cyclone for another opinion on the timing, I think the current timing plays/sounds better to me. I don't know what ign did with his timing either so I'll leave it to him.
