It's "funky" because it's mistimed and all three circles should have the same time interval inbetween. As for the unsnap, I hope Irreversible fixes this for me.

Check AIMod, there are tons of conflicts such as countdown and stuff.
Inconsistency in combo colors, in my opinion you should use the bluish colors on all diffs, or just make something new since Gray -> Gray -> Yellow is odd eff.

The NCing on all diffs but TicClick's is really random, please try to make it a bit more consistent.
Already told you, I feel like Hard -> Insane is really big.
00:20:103 - 00:21:850 - I feel like a soft finish will compliment these vocals pretty well on all diffs.
00:28:602 - 00:28:711 - Making these two drum-hitnormals gives a really nice effect for the repeating vocal.

To LexiaLovesU: I am not sure if you actually played the patterns you found bad in terms of flow, because a test play would immediately show that they aren't flow breakers you're looking for. Not even poor 01:22:753 (1) is.

I changed something something, but I don't remember what exactly. Probably normal claps → S:C1 and Priti's suggestion about 00:28:602 (5,6,1), except I took soft whistles for that purpose.

First thing I want to say is that I can't notice too big difference in combo colors. It's not a really big deal to make a bit bigger difference and keep them cute at the same moment. There's a sampler of my version of your colours: *CLICK ME*. If you like this version, there's a code below. Also if you want to use it, I advice to make the sliderborder colour a little bit lighter so the balance is better (also included in the code below).

Again - it's a Normal difficulty and the neat paths and clear ways to read notes should be used as many times as it's possible and this stuff is 100% questionable in this kind of difficulty. That would be rather used in harder diffs like Hard, but newer players will be confused and I can guarentee this. Even if you don't want to change the whole pattern, one of the sliders should be changed for the CR reason. 01:02:921 (1) - Isn't this quite unrankable? The reverse arrow is barely visible and people without an eye condition can die at the very moment. Please, change this moment because this is the most troublesome thing in this difficulty and I doubt the rankability of this one.
01:15:000 (1,2) - This overlap is again one of the killer ones again. I can't imagine a #100k player playing it properly without repeating this moment in the editor at least 30 times in the row. There is a high chance that people will misread the very end of the first slider with the very beginning of the second slider. Haters gonna hate? Yes, but the path is not easy to read and it's very tiring to read it correctly which is not the purpose of this difficulty.
01:20:931 (1,2) - If the previous slider was a killer one this is a pure mother of evil. This time people will have problems to know where is the beginning of the 2nd slider. The beginning and the end are that close so they will have that problem, no matter what because they can't see the number of the circle under the very end of the previous slider. Moreover, 01:22:168 (3) - this is a jump. Not sure if it should exist here since the difficulty now is very hard because of the BPM changes and the high level of this difficulty.

So that's all from me. As you told - the spread is fine, but it doesn't mean the Normal should be that hardcore. Try to simplify the difficulty so it's more friendly for newbies!

Not caring about anything unsnapped etc since that is going to be fixed anyways.
This mapset is really great, except Easy and Normal which need some work imo. They feel too complicated for a song with so many BPM changes etc.

Since this diff is not suitable for an Easy difficulty, as explained below, I will just point out why I think that but I won't give any suggestions, since if you really will fix those issues a remap is kinda needed.
00:14:061 (1,1) - 1.7x spacing is way too high for an Easy. Visually this looks like an 1/1-gap with the low SV.
00:14:720 (1,2) - Same here. 1.5x spacing just seems too high, or in other words, the SV is too low. The sliders almost feel like hold notes here, together with the high spacing, this technique seems like something you would do in Hard / Insane but not in an Easy diff.
00:16:083 (2,3) - Stacks are not recommended to use in Easy diffs and since the placement (as explained above) and rhythm in this diff are complicated already, I would avoid stacking things.
00:21:003 (4,1) - Gimmicky spacing changes are not suitable for this diff either.
01:12:897 (1,2) - (2)'s tail is closer to (1) and can cause misreads. Newbies might click (2)'s tail instead of its head. I'd recommend you to find a simple, more straight-forward placement here since the rhythm and placements on this map are complicated in general.
01:18:261 (2,1) - Same as above.
01:20:229 (2,1) - This overlap will be really confusing to play for newbies.
01:22:894 - Missing Drum Finish.

Ugh. The rhythms are well done but the placement seems unnecessary complicated in many aspects. First of all, Slider Velocity changes in Easy are discouraged, or atleast they shouldn't be as extreme as they are here (due to the BPM changes sliders are twice as fast at the end). This could have been prevented by using SV multipliers so that the changes throughout the map are still existing but not as extreme as they are now. In that way the spacings could have been made much more clean and readable. Also, gimmicks as listed above should be avoided (overlaps, additional spacing changes etc).

01:20:475 (1,1,2,3) - So I would also highly recommend you to use consistent spacing for 1/2 and not to use higher spacings such as from (2) to (3).
01:25:610 (5) - It would sound better to start this slider 1/2 later since the vocals are stronger there (and you would not have to snap the slider's end manually since it's currently unsnapped due to the red line)
I'm worrying about the density in the high-BPM sections (230/240 BPM+)... The Easy difficulty uses really low density in these sections (mainly 2/1 and longer sliders) and the Advanced only uses few 1/2, but this difficulty uses plenty of 1/2-gaps. It's like if you would use 1/4 in a 120-130 BPM Normal, pretty questionable. If I were you, I would get rid of atleast most of the 1/2 in the kiai of this difficulty.
The NCing doesn't make sense to me.. I really don't get it at all. 00:18:356 - Why does this combo go on for so long? 00:24:493 - Why is there a NC here? 01:03:545 - From here on, NCs are placed on every second big white tick but the wrong ones (01:04:769 - and 01:07:181 - while it would make more sense to place them on 01:05:993 - and 01:08:369 - etc) and so on. You might want to check the NCing in the whole map if everything is intentional!.

First thing I want to say is that I can't notice too big difference in combo colors. It's not a really big deal to make a bit bigger difference and keep them cute at the same moment. This kind of thing would work better at any Standard diff, but it's really harsh to use so cruel tricks in just Normal difficulty. There is nothing else right now, so isn't it easy enough?
00:55:207 (4,1) - I am a bit concerned about this moment too. Consider rotating the 4th slider a bit so the transition between those two isn't that sharp. Normal difficulty should have a bit easier patterns even if it's not the easiest difficulty in the mapset. moved down a bit.
01:01:672 (1,1,1) - As I've written (I can't remember how many days ago) this overlapping is really uncomfortable and one person whos is really used to easier diffs whose name is Krfawy (which is me) has sort of difficulty playing this moment because of that spacing and overlapping. Again - it's a Normal difficulty and the neat paths and clear ways to read notes should be used as many times as it's possible and this stuff is 100% questionable in this kind of difficulty. That would be rather used in harder diffs like Hard, but newer players will be confused and I can guarentee this. Even if you don't want to change the whole pattern, one of the sliders should be changed for the CR reason. 01:02:921 (1) - Isn't this quite unrankable? The reverse arrow is barely visible and people without an eye condition can die at the very moment. 01:15:000 (1,2) - This overlap is again one of the killer ones again. I can't imagine a #100k player playing it properly without repeating this moment in the editor at least 30 times in the row. There is a high chance that people will misread the very end of the first slider with the very beginning of the second slider. Haters gonna hate? Yes, but the path is not easy to read and it's very tiring to read it correctly which is not the purpose of this difficulty. HanzeRs part
01:20:931 (1,2) - If the previous slider was a killer one this is a pure mother of evil. This time people will have problems to know where is the beginning of the 2nd slider. The beginning and the end are that close so they will have that problem, no matter what because they can't see the number of the circle under the very end of the previous slider. Moreover, 01:22:168 (3) - this is a jump. Not sure if it should exist here since the difficulty now is very hard because of the BPM changes and the high level of this difficulty. I think it's visible...
So that's all from me. As you told - the spread is fine, but it doesn't mean the Normal should be that hardcore. Try to simplify the difficulty so it's more friendly for newbies!

Could be just me, but I feel like from 01:12:897 - on, the spacing becomes too high for a difficulty like this. Don't have to say anything else to this diff though, it's pretty solid. (Side note: I just checked Insane and saw the spacing in it. Now I understand why this is relatively high. The problm though is that you use 3 circles (for example) with a high spacing inbetween, while in Insane, it's only 2 sliders (one hit less making it easier to perform a jump). So this problem might be solved by using more sliders instead of circles. Reference: 01:14:218 (2,3,1) - )

|00:29:107 (3,4,7,8) - What about using the same pattern? You'd have to make 3 shorter (you also could crop 4, but it also works the way it is. I just don't like how 3 was used).

That would be.. 01:17:767 (3,4) - , 01:23:846 (2,3) - and maybe 01:26:540 (2,3) - . The first two ones are the most crucial. They kill the movement speed, and therefore also kill the player (me

). For the first one, I'd suggest to put a double on 01:18:138 (6) - , because that would be the end of the spaced stream and resolves in a slider. The second one should be a part of the spaced stream. (Shitty example: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2845140)
