Hello. I wish to propose a small change in terms of Spun Out.
A lot of players play in multi with Spun Out as not to damage statistics (accuracy and poor grades).
But many players want to play unranked, but the twist spiner.
If such change may propose to make a new mod (instead of Spun Out), or even a special modes. Name - Unranked or another.
When the mod is enabled, the game becomes unranked, but the players will be able to twist spiners.
