Add option to change green line's time siganture during all song.
Atm:
1)mapper made mistake during timing and made 4/4 instead of 3/4(espeally for people who first time met such songs, or where it isn't so obviously)
2)finished map with tons of green lines(sv, sound, nvm)
3)got mod and understand real time signature is 3/4
4)tons of work to change all section's, exactly through .osu file or with editor(screen below - very slow metod)
