The title of this song is 紅瞳. If you want to use an English name, you could use "Scarlet Eyes" or "Red Eyes"

I went ahead and checked the timing as well:

Offset: 2,712 (-10ms from what you had)

There could've been finishes to match the music, but then again, like MeLLoN's, most sound like your own beats, which is fair

You might want to synchronize the end of the kiai sections in this diff with the kiai sections in Lunatic (move all the endings of kiai sections back a quarter note)

00:54:167 (1,2) - remove 1's new combo and add a new combo to 2 to make the previous combo 4 whole notes long like the combos right before it
