Well we can't edit vocals in the mp3 because doing that makes weird and very noticeable breaks where the editing occurred. At best just add some red lines or edit the instruments that are late (although most cases seem to be on time).

Dunno about the snapping, they sound right to me but we can ask TicClick again on those.

It's accurately on 1/12, and not really a point to skip strong beat vocal there

Would be awkward if just to follow the instrument

There is the vocal stress at 00:50:085 - but not 00:49:918 - 00:49:974 - 00:50:030 - .
The point the vocal line stops once is 00:49:946 - in 1/12 imo.

In short, 1/12 should have been better this case. Well whatever :/

Going to have to disqualify this over incorrect metadata. The correct artist romanization is Shiena Nishizawa according to her official website, twitter, and facebook.

As for the snapping issue, here is an mp3 that will fix this (timing shouldn't change). Place a 1/6 repeating slider on the 1/12 tick and you should be good to go.
