It means, the white part, on the outside of the circle on your avatar, is white, and not transparent, where you can see through it, you'd have around 8.5/10 if it were transparent.Critical Dude wrote:

You'll only be able to see the transparency in-game, on the forum the avatar background is white, so if you make a transparent avatar you'll see the transparent parts appears as white, that's normalCritical Dude wrote:
