New volume control overlay

Hi!

In latest patch (b20150108.4cuttingedge) @Peppy add a new volume control overlay.

So, my question is: It is skinnable now?

No i don't think so because peppy using new volume control so "volume-bg.png" no longer usable in latest cuttingedge build

Anyway i dunno it's skinnable or not but i believe you can't

It's something completely different from the old bar. I doubt this will become skinnable.

We might be able to recolor it and not skin it. Who knows.
