Correct me if im wrong but for a map to even be ranked it has to go to the beat or something along those lines. But I could be wrong.
if someone can fc the map with 100% i don't think its off beat >.<

The rhythm of osu! can a be a bit hard to understand for beginners. I thought every map was stupid when I started playing, but not anymore some are still stupid tho

I downloaded all the really old beatmaps from the torrent packs
Some of the beatmaps didn't follow the beat at all...
Not to mention the fact that a lot were CS = 6.0 or greater
I would recommend downloading the newer packs or the top rated.
These beatmaps play much better

The map you linke is a nice map and yeah any ranked maps (exept verrrrrrrrrrry old ones) have to folow the song to be ranked. Maybe he is just trying to hit all notes too early, that is not rare when people who don't realy know how to play try to pay maps far too hard for them.

Even Top players have some problems with rhytm, but the difference is that, they can see better than some lower rank player. If you play differents maps,It will increase your "rhytm perfomance"
The hitsounds can help you to find the rhytm more easily too.
