Can anyone tell me how to know which song i get an A ranked!!!...beside search in osu!...is there any way to find it?...because i have delete the song...

Get supporter, download songs from the played category and then sort them ingame by rank.

Theres no way of finding a song you deleted if you dont even remember its name, except a supporter feature which lists all your played maps.
There is a feature that only supporters (those who donated to osu!) can use: filter beatmap searches on the website by played maps. Basically, it allows you to see which beatmaps you played and got a rank on. Since you are not a supporter, you can't use this feature but if you make a donation (link), then you can use it.
