Did you miss me saying this?

It's easy to train grip strength, so what most people have problems with is lifting
and this?

The tactile difference was not even a factor because I hit the keys so hard.
I am not arguing over the actuation force of the keys. I am arguing over your logic that it actually matters more than anything else. Mouse buttons require twice as much force as keyboard buttons, but you don't even notice.
Your finger strength pushing down is many times greater than your ability to lift your fingers. It's actually not even a problem because you get used to the required force very quickly by comparison. What is difficult, however, is training a muscle group so naturally weak and rarely used for any actual physical work... that being your extensor muscles. Granted, you will need to lift no matter which switch you use, but black switches will alleviate at least some of the strain associated with lifting, though not all of it. There is no easy way to train these muscles either outside of osu!, aside from buying specialised hand-grips with elastics.
If you are willing to put in the time, you can make any switch work. If you are willing to learn to lift with little force pushing up, then reds will come out on top from the stamina perspective. I've done this myself, and don't see any reason to get blacks for myself now. But for someone who has not, coming directly from membrane keyboards, it is definitely worth consideration.
I don't want to pull out the rank card, because I don't consider myself that good, but when your argument is formed over the absolute basics of switch functionality, I feel like saying "learn 2 play".
