I want to swap them around, so Theoretical evidence is on the top, and Circumstantial evidence is on the bottom.
although i feel really dumb for posting this, as there is probably a simple way to do it.

osu! arranges difficulties by their star rating, so the only way to change the order would be to make Circumstantial evidence more difficult than Theoretical evidence.
