Please any further bookings this weekend please get your times early I personally dont want a last min stream

No its not as the map pool for that match is ridiculously fair

Every single one of those maps has a CtB specific difficulty, but only one of them is using it. Why is that? In Harlem Shake's case I can assume it's because both of the difficulties are fairly hard, but Angel Gakuen no Ichinichi has a full spread. Chilli tomato is like that due to round 3 map choices

Well I mentioned a good solution would be to PM participants yourself to help work out match schedules then reminder PM's so they are reminded of their matches, some people can be forgetful.

First round iss simple and remember one thing next ttournament for ctb the map pools are already being looked into and wont be so simple. Remember we are catering for 3 cups iin one for the Damage cup
If an issue is one cup being too easy if anything the AxE Cup was too hard for a first round as most of the maps listed either didn't have many FC's or would just require several tries for even good players to FC, maybe try starting with CtB specifics and starting with Rain difficulties or something (Be careful though as there are some rains that play like overdoses, maybe try using star rating to help a bit)
