- 00:41:974 (2,3,4,5) - is a bad idea because of BPM change; players know exactly NOTHING about the new section's speed
- 00:41:448 (1,2) - again, this is bad because of what I wrote for Zzz's; it needs to be shown more explicitly that slider number two is 1/4 apart of the first slider ("reduce spacing")
P.S. Whoever checked did not check the snap, please pay start paying more attention to it. You know that when two difficulties have a slider at the same time with a differently snapped repeat, one of them HAS TO BE WRONG.

I suppose the video was fine (as it was in TV with no warnings). Nonetheless, warning is enough imo, if player sees it, he'll say "Yeah, that might be a bit disgusting, I'll turn of the video." Or maybe better explanation would be "if there can be mostly-illegal porn in video, which is ranked and without warning, spitting a juice is not even minimally inappropriate."

I don't understand what you meant by "I am unsure my beat is correct"; if that was about snap, you got it correctly.
Add 10ms to every uninherited offset to fix the timing.
Your Insane needs mods, because it's newer than the rest of the set.
I also liked Fang's Insane more than yours.
