[smoogipooo] Allow ARGB and RGB colours in skins.
[smoogipooo] Allow both ARGB and RGB mania colours.

A rgb is Alpha rgb right ? what i can do with this or for what is this update

Correct, probably means you can add transparency to skin elements that you can modify the color in skin.ini

I already tested it few days ago and it doesn't work. The log just listed some entries from few days ago again and this change was already reverted for normal combo colours.
