Hello Checked your timing
Your BPM should be 146 not 146.1 it slowly changes the timing with the decimal
Offset should be 35600 this also where you should start mapping since that is when the music actually starts

i made a mistake! the bpm should be 145.83 with offset 35,587 sorry >.<
(double checked by using the ticker)

p.s. you should enabled the widescreen support, because of the BG size

how to do it: go to song setup> design tab> on the misc. toggle, check the widescreen support
