honestly speaking, your beatmap is a mess... It timed badly. But yeah, timing is the hardest part of every map (usally Offset part)
The only i can notice is your Beatmap Snap Divisor is very odd, 1/12. You should use 1/2 or 1/4 Divisor in this kind of map.
And I think BPM can be rounded up to 140.
Btw, you can also self-troubleshoot your map in File > Open AiMod menu. The rest is depended on your effort for fixing them all and maybe minor mods by someone else.
Hopefully, I'll be looking to your map once it timed perfectly.
EDIT: After I thought again, better NOT TOO rely on AiMod, manual mod by modders seems better, use AiMod if there's not another choice
