00:59:813 (5) - The slider before sounds appropriate, but this one is a bit meh. If you want to change it, try this to compromise with the spacing:

hitsound on fight69's diff was on the same volume as Hard (45%), why didn't you point on Hard too if hitsound on his diff was a bit too loud.
anyway, updated, fixed stuff on easy, reduce volume on hard and easy to 40%. waiting for wiinter.

- Diff spread is not ok as is right now, Easy can't jump to Wiinter (Hard). It must be NHI or ENH. Seeing your spread, I guess you can make it as ENH , this Insane is quite fitting for hard diff in these days for some reason.
- Could you find better mp3? Maybe only me but the mp3 quality is quite not smooth to me.

Actually you can go with "Hard" for this diff since it's an ok for ENH spread.
I still wonder if you can improve about spacing for each notes, I will elaborate.
Between 00:40:813 (1,2) - is being stuck together and some what like 00:45:813 (1,2) - (most of it) aren't that stuck together so I think you can improve about it a bit. So it will sometimes look a bit inconsistent, I suggest you unstick them a bit on every note you see something like this.
02:28:563 (1,2,3,4,5) - These spacings were confusing to me, like 02:27:813 (1,2,3) - is a jump and you intended to gradually decrease the spacing on 02:28:563 (1,2) - to the point that I assume you follow only 1/2 beat on 02:29:188 (3,4) - but it actually starts with 1/4 which is strange for the first time.
Adding a note on 02:29:063 would be good since it plays quite better but it will ruin your constructed rhythm.
