So basically this is going on:

I had this problem when i tried to explore with a skin like this. Maybe you need to go to skin.ini and change the overlap one (maybe about 999999). I forgot about that, but there is one skin that i found somewhere (something like unbuwest minimalistic)

If I change overlap to the one that you said it's basically blank space, there is nothing

I fixed his problem in game but just so others know the solution is simple.

In order to make these skins work you have to match the overlap with your default's X value. He was using a default size of 220x220 but had the overlap set to 159 instead of 220.
