There are training maps out there.

If you don't want unranked maps, some of the best jumping maps I have are:

· Drop - Granat (Insane & Extra)
· Lifetheory - Daisy (Blossom)
· Can't defeat Airman (Holy shit!! It's Airman!!)

How can you practice jumps? Here is a guide in 3 easy steps \/\/\/

1. Open up osu!, place one hand at your keyboard, and with your other hand grip your tablet pen and place your hand over your tablet.

2. Click play>solo, then click a map. Ok now is the hard part, when circles appear you have to move your tablet pen so that it moves your in-game cursor on top of the circle, then with your other hand tap the keyboard. Use this technique to hit all of the circle and sliders (remember to breath while doing this (inhale and exhale)).
-If I wasn't clear enough on this point, refer to the tutorial for more clarification (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/3756).

3. Make sure the map that you play are somewhat challenging. (if it is hard for you to click all of the circles, then the map is somewhat challenging)

Try to practice your hand-eye coordinate skills. Followpoints in skins help. (To some people) Entirely up to you. :P

If you can't follow the rythm, just go relax.

how will relax help at all with jumps, even 'aim speed' seems kinda useless since you're always going to be able to move the pen faster than you can accurately jump anyway. relax is good for getting better at relax.

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/213629 this is also good, its high spacing highish bpm and low complexity so its good practice for just getting used to moving around the screen accurately and quickly, the map plays really well so its quite a bit easier than it looks, i was surprised because when i was playing it, it looked really crazy but i was still getting good combos.

While we're at it, does anyone know complex jump maps à la "Red Like Roses"? I'm misreading complex patterns so hard it's not even funny. Being like half a note ahead with your cursor every time you're supposed to hit a circle makes you feel like an idiot.

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/95563 + DT [probably wont help if its an AR problem]
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/45306 this is a good one, i still misread some parts occasionally

I find this a for great for training jump reading, hand synchronisation and hand stamina. It took me ages to pass because I always used to miss and then everything would get out of sync and it doesn't give you breaks to recover. But after practising it for ages it teaches you how to recover from misses and hit the next circles.

Lol I have somewhat of a distaste for Lovers ever since I downloaded a random map of that song with Hard difficulty a few months ago and got crushed by it. Repeatedly. Screw those triples, I still remember them.

Thanks tho, will try it out tomorrow.
