There's many of skin problems in my beatmap, because too much skin files missing! It absolutely wasn't problem in my previous betmaps
for example there's no selection-options-over.png, or menu-button-background.png ergo not fully skinned!
Click for details!

I opened this topic to prove that, what files need/not need!
If i put all the skin files, the size of the beatmap wouuld be bigger than 10MB what is not allowed, if there's no video in the beatmap.
With video the same problem, more file size than allowed.

Also if there's a missing file, the game automatically using the default or the player made skin files. Therefore you shouldn't unrank this map because of the skin.

Yes, this is something that should be revised in wiki to make things more formal. Going to check through all this files for new\old skin sets later.
And I don't think this topic belongs here.

Some skin elements are divided into sets because they can clash with skin elements of a player using a custom skin, for example if you have a custom hitcircle you'd have to include a hitcircle overlay and a repeat arrow (and maybe a sliderball too) to make sure it doesn't look awkward when a player has a full custom skin, a solution is to include the default ones, or make your own.

play-warningarrow.png is the arrows that show up at the end of a break to alert the player that the break is about to end, having a customized version of these arrows doesn't clash with any other skin element, hence they are considered stand alone, unless you think that things like "inputoverlay-background" and "inputoverlay-key" are interfering with these arrows (These are the names for the skin elements that affect the panel at the right that shows which buttons the player is pressing btw), or having custom pause menu item buttons.

star2.png are the stars that fall off the cursor during breaks and that fly from both sides at kiai start (kiai fountains), these also don't clash with other skin elements, except maybe the cursor, hence why they are also standalone
Tho the last 2 paragraphs were only relevant to the map in question, the rule of thumb is what i said in the first paragraph.

Nothing has been provided substantially. Proceeding to flame this. If you wish to revive this, give me a poke.
