Instead of Spectating Mode, first, there will be Dual Mode. After that, the selection will be 2: Spectate Mode and Quit the Mode

The dual mode itself is just like playing hotseats but with tricky condition:

1.Osu Standard : The cursor in the screen will be two. One is yours, another is your pairing. In Osu standard, a side is yours, the other side is your partner side. And between those sides, there will be a free space in the middle. The cursor of yours is usable only in your side until the middle side. The other side must to be played by your partner, and vice versa. When spinner appears, this blocking is gone and the real score of the spinner will be calculated from both players' scores then divided by two.

2.OsuMania : You will use only DF and your partner just able to play with JK and vice versa. The exception is when you play 5k or 7k, the space button is able to be pressed by both players, but the one that will be taken to the scoring is the most precise hit.

3.Taiko : You will use the ZX and your partner will use CV. Or maybe ZC and XV for a real cooperation? The spinner? Like the OsuStandard. Calculated by both players' scores then divided by two.

4.Catch The Beat : Right side and left side with a free space in the middle like the OsuStandard's. The spinner's rule is same as the OsuStandard too.

Are these too complex for Osu? :)
Or maybe my grammar that makes you not understand of what i'm requesting about? >:( :P
Kuro
Cool concept but not practical for taiko.
Imagine trying to play shinsekai with a buddy...
