[Cutting Edge]ability to select spinner vesion

Recently I was playing with my skin and I realized that I had no background image >:( and I liked that, they could not add in the skin.ini something like:
SpinnerVersion: 1 or 2
in order to have the version you want

PS: I'm Not Very Good with English

if you add spinner-background.png i believe it is, it'll force the version 1 spinner

i have only spinner version 1 images




and cuttingedge completely ignores the spinner-background

I was simply clarifying things with deadbeat and julianojeda
I already reported this in t/259747


I think this request is invalid, since you can choose between spinner version 1 or 2, you just need to have the correct images in your skin folder
(anyways it is bugged in this moment)
