My girlfriend got a prob which is descripted below in her msg for support.
"Hello Support,
I blocked my account few days ago, by my own fault. I connected to my in game account to boyfriend PC and i've got a restriction mode in next day.
I know it's my fault bcouse i have to know all rules, but we're only people and i did mistake. System think i have 2 accounts but it's not true. I just connected myself on another PC. Is there a chance or way to unblock my account please? Or give some exception on my account?

It's about week and she's got no answer from support. So i though it will be faster and easier to resolve my prob, when i type here becouse she's got no asnwer and she can't post any topics on forums due to account restriction.
