That is not his skin. It's just a person who used a skin that is not his.
For his actual skin, I will give you a clue to find his skin:
1. Search it in pro skin in this forum. It has 2 skin of niko (different version)
2. Search it in youtube and search about top20 osu players. The skin of niko's must be around there somewhere
